All Butlers Chocolate Café staff undertake rigorous professional courses in chocolate knowledge, customer service and barista training and participate in continual professional development. With the assistance of our highly trained managers, Butlers Chocolate Café baristas hone their skills every day, with many of our passionate staff members competing at national and international level Latte Art and Cupping championships.

Butlers House Blend - 100% Arabica, medium roast blend of the following 4 origins of Brazil, Sumatra, Nicaragua and Colombian Supremo. From bean to cup, we strive to focus on every detail of the process; grinding, dosing, tamping, extracting, frothing and pouring to deliver happiness in a cup every time.
The taste notes of our house blend is sweet dried stone fruits, toasted almond with a rich dark chocolate after taste.

Butlers Hot Chocolate is our house speciality. All of our decadent, luxurious and award-winning chocolate drinks are specially prepared from our secret recipe liquid chocolate sauce, which is freshly prepared in our factory daily and delivered fresh to our Cafés.
Our Food and Desserts
We offer delicious freshly baked goods in store every day. The range includes croissants, scones, muffins and cookies. Our delicious cakes and slices are handmade and supplied from a range of specially selected local suppliers and artisan producers, many of which use our chocolate couverture as a key ingredient in their cakes, tray bakes and delicious chocolate desserts.
