Dublin Airport Manager, Butlers Chocolate Café T1 & T2
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced multi-site Café Manager to lead and inspire our busy team at Dublin Airport.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the launch and success run of our new flagship locations. As the Café Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive the success of both stores.
Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of both units and achieve excellent standards in our stores - with a hands-on approach.
The ideal candidate should be dynamic, hardworking and experienced in a fast paced environment with a passion for chocolate, coffee and people.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Provide guidance, mentorship, support, and training to unit managers and internal teams, fostering a positive and motivated work environment that represents the company values and standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, coffee and café standards across both locations.
- Drive and audit café standards across the three pillars of the business.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets working with the team on sales optimisation, margins, waste and other KPIs across the stores.
- Support cafés to ensure that the fresh food/coffee/chocolates offerings represent best practice and respresent Butlers brand position.
- Proactively manage logistics & supply chain in a busy Airport Environment.
- Ensure that the stores adhere to health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and employment law regulations.
- Maintain open lines of communication with senior management, reporting on performance metrics, and proposed improvements.
- Share company initiatives in an engaging and inspiring environment.
Qualifications/Experienced & Skills Required
- A passion for coffee, chocolate and people
- 5+ years’ experience at Management level within the hospitality sector
- A dynamic and flexible individual who adapts well to change and can thrive in a growing & evolving organisation
- Experience of leading and motivating teams through change, including process improvement & development
- Excellent communication, time management, organisation skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant third level qualification in Management, Training or Retail/Hospitality
