We always endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods (such as Christmas and Easter), dispatch could be within 3-5 working days. Our estimated delivery times from the time of dispatch can be found here.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email. This email will contain a link to your tracking details, so that you can follow the progress of your order.

Orders being delivered to the U.S, the U.K. (orders over £135) and countries outside the European Union will be subject to local taxes and charges/import duties. The payment of these is the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the courier; they have not been included in our website charges.
