USA: $40 - Free delivery on orders over $500. PLEASE NOTE, that due to recent changes in U.S. regulations, all deliveries to the U.S. are now subject to import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the courier.

Taxes and Import Duties
Orders being delivered to the U.S, the U.K. (orders over £135) and countries outside the European Union will be subject to local taxes and charges/import duties. The payment of these is the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the courier; they have not been included in our website charges.
Seasonal Times
During seasonal times (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Easter), delivery times may be longer. Orders placed after these dates will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, but delivery times will be determined by courier services operating over those dates.

Returns
Butlers Chocolates products are not offered on a sale or return basis as they are fresh products. We have a satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase and we want our customers to believe in our service as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products purchased on www.butlerschocolates.com, simply complete our product concerns form and we will endeavour to respond to you within 3 working days.
Please note that refunds will not apply in the following circumstances

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

If the delivery is left at the front door and not signed for at your request.

If delivery was delayed due to inclement weather or strikes.
- In other extraordinary circumstances such as bad weather, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other customs regulation.
If you have purchased Butlers Chocolates in one of our Cafés and found them not to be up to our usual standard, please visit your local Butlers Chocolate Café for a replacement. If you wish to exchange a Butlers Chocolate selection that you purchased at Butlers Chocolate Café, please present the box and accompanying receipt to your nearest Butlers Chocolate Café within 14 days of the purchase.
