This year, at TFWA WE&C, Butlers Chocolates are set to unveil an exciting, vibrant new range of loaded chocolate bars with lucious fillings and inclusions, designed to appeal to chocolate loving international travellers. Each bar reflects Butlers' commitment to delicious taste, suberb quality, expert craftsmanship and conscious decision-making, and is made using sustainably sourced cocoa with zero palm oil.
Inspired by the popular trend for multi-sensory chocolate experiences, this bold new range of chocolate bars features generous layers, chunks, crunches, textures and fillings in a number of indulgent flavours.

The core collection includes 4 signature varieties;

  • Hazlenut & Crisp Rice Praline Crunch
  • Honeycomb & Puffed Rice Crunch
  • Salted Caramel & Almond Praline Crunch
  • Salty Butterscotch & Candied Almond Crunch

A limited-edition Christmas Cinnamon Caramel & Hazelnut Praline Crunch bar completes for the range for the festive season.

With a bold, vibrant and playful look, Butlers Big Bars are designed to maximise impact on shelf and appeal to a new generation of chocolate shoppers. Butlers sustainability credentials and flavour cues are clearly called out on pack, making the range easy to navigate in a busy travel retail environment.

The team at Butlers will have a busy schedule at Cannes as they are shortlisted for several awards at both the TR Business and Frontier ceremonies. Butlers Chocolate Café at T2, Dublin Airport is nominated at both events, while Butlers mini-bar bags are shortlisted for best confectionary product at TR Business and Butlers the brand is shortlisted for its sustainability initiatives at Frontier. 

In addition to launching Big Bars, Butlers will also showcase some interesting flavour driven chocolate assortments at the show.

Sustainability is a key focus for Butlers and is embedded across every stage of the business, from ingredient sourcing and packaging to manufacturing and distribution. All Butlers Chocolates are crafted using zero palm oil and sustainably sourced cocoa. Solar power generates more than 25% of the company's electricity requirements, saving 170 tonnes of CO2 annually, while ongoing investments in energy effieciency, waste reduction and lower-impact logistics continue to drive progress across the business.
