Refund policy

Butlers Chocolates products are not offered on a sale or return basis as they are fresh food product.

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. As our products are fresh food items, that are liable to detoriorate in impromper storage conditions eg. extreme heat, damp etc., they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

We are happy to cancel your order at your request, provided it has not already been fulfilled by our team. Once your order has been fulfilled, it is no longer possible to cancel it. To cancel your order, log in to your account at butlerschocolates.com and request a cancellation from your order page, or alternatively you can contact us directly at website@butlers.ie and we will be happy to assist you.

We cannot offer cancelation or refunds on any of our personalised wedding favour products as these are made to order.

We have a satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase and we want our customers to believe in our service as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products purchased on www.butlerschocolates.com, simply complete our product concerns form and a member of our team will aim to get back to you within 3 working days. We kindly ask that you also include your order number in the details.

Please note that refunds will not apply in the following circumstances

• If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  
• If the delivery is left at the front door and not signed for at your request.
  
• If delivery was delayed due to inclement weather or strikes.
  
• In other extraordinary circumstances such as bad weather, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other customs regulation.
